Connection of Korejska and Hradecka street in Brno

Primary subject of this master`s thesis is to manage increasing traffic volumes between streets Korejská and Zborovská. The most appropriate solution seems to be connecting the Korejská and Hradecká street. Next aim of this work is to design terminus station and transfer terminal for passengers between trolleybus (lines n.34 and n.36) and North-south rail diameter (future express train line connecting north and south suburbs with city centre).

To Dvur Kralove by train - Transfer Terminal in Dvur Kralove nad Labem

The subject of this architectural study is to design a new transfer terminal in the dairy town of Dvur Kralove nad Labem. The project seeks to take into account the main town planning principles and to add the city to the architectonically interesting solution of the given parcel while fulfilling the functional requirements of the project promoter - the city of Dvur Kralove nad Labem. The purpose is to create a building and public space in the city that will enhance its quality and satisfy the needs of both residents and passengers.

Valuation of ice hockey players

Title: Valuation of ice hockey players Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is suggest improvement of Czech model of valuation hockey players. This model is sometimes called table system (compensation) and it's really problematic. Methods: In this thesis was used mainly a method of analysis of documents. For example I analyzed some foreign transfer regulations or official statistics of Czech ice hockey players. Methods of analogy and description were used in theoretical part. Also I interviewed agent of ice hockey players. In practical part were used statistical methods. Results: In this work was suggest several changes to improve current Czech table system. It is mainly determination of limit for pay this table compensation. Other change is about coefficients for increase the basic value of ice hockey players. Transfer regulations in Czech hockey and its impacts

Title: Transfer regulations in Czech ice hockey and its impacts Objectives: The main goal of this work is, by research, to evaluate the functioning of the current transfer rules in Czech ice hockey and to reveal its shortcomings. Subsequently, to develop proposals for its modifications, which can be applied in the Czech hockey environment. Methods: To obtain the necessary data, the research consists of both quantitative and qualitative parts. Thus, a combination of two methods was used, namely electronic questioning and in-depth interview. The work also used the method of document analysis - the current transfer regulations. The shortcomings and subsequent impacts on the environment of ice hockey have been ascertained from the first expert, and what are the reasons for functioning in current form, from the second one. In both cases, the interview took place as an interview using instructions. Development diagrams were created to interpret the results. To verify the results of in-depth interviews and to find out the possibility of applying potential changes, an electronic survey was conducted among the representatives of individual clubs. The Importance of Small Schools with Mixed-age Classrooms for Villages and their Inhabitants

The diploma thesis deals with the importance of small schools for municipalities and their inhabitants. It focuses on the views and memories of individual residents who attended a small school in their village. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into two main chapters, the first one deals with mixed-grade education and the other with a teacher in the classroom with mixed grades. The first chapter defines the concept of a small school, it also takes into account the history and distinguishes between the types of small-class schools. This chapter also discusses small-scale schools in the countryside, it examines the climate and environment in the small schools, and their advantages and disadvantages. Last but not least, it sees the small school as an alternative school, and also takes into account alternative schools with mixed grades structure abroad. The second chapter focuses on the teacher in the small school, his attitudes, values, personality, authority, as well as his professional knowledge and skills. The research part of the thesis was realized by semi-structured interviews. Qualitative research has shown that even though former pupils often remember at school in a good way, they do not always trust that system of teaching so much that they entrust their children to school unconditionally. The biggest surprise of the thesis was the finding that the memories of a particular small school are largely influenced by the memories of a particular teacher, his personality, behavior and manners, not the school itself. On the other hand, most of the respondents have had bad memories about their transition, it was stressful for most of them, they have been badly integrated into a new collective and a new environment, some of them have also encountered bullying. These facts discourage some people from putting their children in a small school.
